Parallel,
Digital Magazine
This project explored raster-based image-making techniques using Adobe Photoshop, with a focus on developing skills that can be applied across a range of digital design software. The brief required reinterpreting the theme “parallel”, the title of a digital magazine, through a cohesive visual narrative spanning three screens, with consideration for how the sequence could also translate into a printed series.
My concept centred on the relationship between scale, specifically the tension between large and small forms, using repetition and variation to create visual rhythm and continuity across the sequence.
